In order to receive the full amount, the customer must return the product in its original condition within 7 days, with the shipping fee excluded.

In case the product reaches you broken or not described on the site, the full amount will be returned to you with the shipping amount. Or switch the product as per customer agreement

- Two years for hardware manufacturing defects


** The item's serial number has been removed from the item's packaging. What should I do?

— If the serial number is removed from the item packaging, we will not be able to cover the repair costs. Please ensure that the serial number has not been tampered with or removed. If this happens, we will not be able to serve you



**Do I need to keep the original packaging (cartons) of the products?

- Yes . We cannot serve you if the original cartons for the product are not available.


**Does the warranty cover any damage caused by non-factory defects, such as fractures or damage caused by misuse?

- Warranty is for factory defects only

The use of pieces is incompatible with the commodity.

Failure to follow manufacturer's instructions

Factory Blows and Fractures

Or using the product incorrectly such as breaking processor speed or screen card

We will inspect any piece before sending it to the agent to make sure the problem is caused by a manufacturing error.

- The attempt to maintain the products at any maintenance center not accredited with the agent (Gaming Fitch) eliminates the warranty for the product.


* * How often can I send the item to maintenance during warranty?

- During warranty, you can maintain the commodity every time your commodity needs maintenance.


* * The item you purchased is covered by a warranty from the manufacturer, can the warranty be extended?

- There is no option to extend a warranty from any third party other than Gaming Fitch.


* * Within how many days is the device maintained?

The average duration is 14 days from the agent receiving the commodity, not from the agent receiving the commodity.


* * Does warranty include data and softwear?

- The warranty does not include data.. Only warranty includes hardware.
